After successful payment, we need some time to complete the processing of your order. Depending on the time of day, this may take anywhere from a few minutes to a day.

The website does not currently support alternative payment methods. In order to pay via PayPal, you will need to contact us. We will tell you which PayPal account you need to transfer the payment to. Before making the payment, please check the price and if it is possible to order by this method. You will receive the goods like all other buyers through the website. We will add it to your collection. To do this you will need to register on the website and provide your nickname and email.
When you place an order, the website automatically detects whether your order contains items for which physical delivery is required. If no such goods are found, this step will be automatically skipped. The link to download the digital goods will be sent to the email you specified during registration. You can also download files from the product page.
In order to be able to reuse a coupon your previous order must have a declined status or payment error in the site’s database. If this is not the case you must wait until the status is updated or contact us.
Yes, you can. Valentina is free software, it doesn’t put restrictions on the kind of work you produce with it.
Yes, you can use any patternmaking method you wish in Valentina.
Yes, Valentina and Seamly2D are two separate projects. Both have separate teams behind it. Both projects share the same parent the original Valentina. Their development started after process called fork. Our version kept the original name. This website was created to support our version and we highly recommend you switch to it if you happened to use Seamly2D. Valentina completely supports .val files from Seamly2D where the opposite is not true.
Unfortunately no. DXF format, like many other vector formats, do not provide necessary information to be compatible with Valentina pattern format. There is no technical possibility to create automatic import.
