SubscribeThe short guide is a successor to the series of books that describe the features of the Valentina project. Unlike previous versions, it was decided not to describe all of the features in detail in this book. Instead, the focus has been placed on the basics and the areas that cause the most difficulties. Our practice has shown that there are so many places that are intuitive and therefore do not require special attention. By working with the community every day and answering questions, we have been able to pick out the most important issues. As long as the project exists and evolves, this process will not end. We, in turn, will develop this guide.
The aim of this book is to give you a quick introduction to the basics without going into every possible feature and function. It is ideal for people new to the project. If you are having trouble getting started, then this book is for you. Even if you are a skilled user and familiar with Valentina's features, this book may also be useful to you. Some of the new features and changes may cause you to have questions.
As with previous versions, this manual does not cover pattern making or modelling. For that you will need to refer to specialized manuals.
It is desirable to have a sufficient level of skill in the use of a personal computer as well as in pattern making, so that the material in the book can be absorbed easily.
This book is distributed in two formats: PDF and EPUB.

Велике дякую за цю книгу! Було дуже цікаво та легко працювати з цією програмою. В книзі все дуже чітко пояснено. Більше ніякого папіру, всі викрійки на компʼютері!

Якщо чесно, я в легкому шоці від програми «Валентина». Раніше користувалася лише програмами для розрахунку в’язаних виробів і очикувала на щось аналогічне. Але «Валентина» мене вразила. Це як космічний корабль в порівнянні з мультиваркою). Інструменти для створення викрійки на порядок зручніші та логічніші, багатший функціонал. Звісно, зручно працювати з продуктом, коли добре вивчив всі його можливості. Книга дуже помічна для цього.

Щиро дякую за надану можливість ознайомитись з програмою "Валентина"! Програма зроблена інтуїтивно зрозуміло, але деякі особливості просто потрібно знати (наприклад, як виділяти криву при формування деталі) - і посібник допомагає в цьому. Особливо приємно мати справу з українською розробкою.
